Use of Our App

Use of our mobile application either downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store comes with the following user requirements:

• Users of our App must be at least 18 years of age in order to download and use.

• Purchasing of alcoholic products require the purchaser and intended consumer be over the 18. Failure to be able to provide valid ID on request will result in the item not being provided, with refund at our discretion

• A suitable payment method must be provided in order to use the App for purchasing

Your Device

Please note that Cube Bar·Kitchen accepts no responsibilty for any damage or loss of data inflicted upon your device as a result of downloading our app.

If you experience technical issues when using our app that cause problems with payment, please contact a member of staff

Ordering via the Website

Use of our website to order comes with the following requirements:

Refunds & Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact a member of staff in order to discuss your issue(s).

Refunds from Cube Bar·Kitchen, due to product/offer availability or as a gesture of goodwill to a customer, are usually processed through our till system, with the funds being returned to the customers card or payment processing account within 48 hours.

Cancellations

We apologise, but it is not possible for us to amend or cancel orders once placed though our app or website ordering system
